Come join us for Ballet Barre with Alison, who brings a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience with her.  Alison has been a teacher since 1984 and is trained in all dance genres from classical ballet, to jazz, contemporary dance, tap and even singing.

Ballet barre is a class to strengthen and tone the legs and core, with more graceful movements.  It can also increase flexibly, improve balance and from more alignment of the spine, postures can also improve.    We develop safe techniques which will protect & support the joints from injury.

Overtime practitioners will be able to experience and feel the benefits of a barre class from overall well-being and strength. 

Ballet barre class with also include some contemporary free movement set to music for relaxation as well as fun and fitness.
