Please join us for our modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Class for all levels of practice. This is a great way to be introduced to the practice of Ashtanga. 

Ashtanga  is a series of asana practiced with synchronized breath, Drishti (Gaze) and Bandha (Locks). Here asana is to purify Annamaya Kosha (Food sheath), Breath is to purify Pranamaya kosha (Pranic Sheath), Gaze is for Manomaya Kosha (Mental Sheath), Bandha is to really connect with inner wisdom of Vijayanmaya Kosha (Knowledge Sheath). 

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a traditional way of yoga leading to Aanandmaya Kosha (Bliss Shealth) at some later stage. Every single asana in the sequence has it's own significance and health benefits.

This class is also for the beginners who want to understand the techniques and eventually build their practice. Please come and join us and have the experience.
